What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, continually delighting them with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ensure customers find value in products and services by understanding their goals and needs.
  • Onboard customers, ensuring proper training, tools, and education to optimize product usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate early product adoption and maximize usage.
  • Monitor customer health, report risks, and develop improvement plans.
  • Act as a customer advocate, capturing and delivering feedback to respective teams.
  • Work with Account/Sales Management to support business retention, growth, and contract renewal.

Requirements

  • Basic customer facing experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Strong learner with a curious mind and basic understanding of customer journeys.
  • Ability to prioritize work and tasks effectively to achieve best customer outcomes.
  • Excellent English.
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications (basic Excel skills are required).
  • Basic knowledge of salesforce.com.
