What you will do

• Lead Agile software projects within Integration Cloud (MuleSoft) teams delivering high-quality features.
• Leverage AI/ML skills to enable Agentic workflows and vision in product development.
• Own complex features and ensure performance and quality through automated testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to improve customer experience and reduce incidents.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop strategies to prevent them.
• Monitor product quality metrics and respond promptly to bugs and customer investigations.

Requirements

• Location: Based in San Francisco or Los Angeles, California, USA
• 10+ years of experience in development and performance engineering of complex microservices products
• 2+ years experience with AI/ML technologies (A2A and MCP protocols)
• Strong skills in cloud environments (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure) and performance fundamentals.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Node.js) and performance tools (JMeter, Gatling, Chrome DevTools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft/hirify.global Developer or Architect Certification.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (STIG, CVE management).
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte) and testing tools (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
