What you will do
- Guide customers through hirify.global solution implementation
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to meet customer needs
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing systems
- Work cross-functionally to resolve product issues and improve future releases
- Create and share knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions
- Work Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm Berlin time
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficient with Windows and working knowledge of Linux/Mac
- Experience with ZenDesk or similar CRM ticketing software preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
