hirify.global's client, a globally recognized jewelry manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the design, integration, and adoption of analytics and AI solutions.

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, define, and document detailed requirements for data products, analytics tools, and AI models.
• Translate complex business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications for engineers and data scientists.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with product managers to prioritize and scope requirements based on business value and feasibility.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all requirements, changes, and functional specifications.
• Create and update user guides, training materials, and process documentation for end users of analytics tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst for 5+ years, preferably in data-, analytics-, or AI-driven environments.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect business strategy and data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with a mix of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with pricing and promotion analytics.
• AI and machine learning acumen.
• Familiarity with SQL, data models, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
