What you will do

• Develop and operate modern data architecture approaches to meet business objectives and provide end-to-end data solutions.
• Build intricate data processing pipelines addressing challenging client problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to design scalable implementations of their models.
• Write clean, iterative code using TDD and continuous delivery practices to deploy and operate data pipelines.
• Use distributed storage and computing technologies effectively.
• Develop data models using appropriate modeling techniques and technology stacks.
• Collaborate on data governance, security, and privacy initiatives.
• Incorporate data quality into daily work.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based onsite in Santiago, Chile
• Experience building and operating data pipelines and managing data storage within distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and modern data engineering tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in writing clean, high-quality code in preferred programming languages.
• Experience deploying large-scale data pipelines and data-centric applications in production.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Understanding of data security and privacy strategies applied to business problems.
• Experience with various database types including SQL, NoSQL, and data lakes.
• English proficiency at least B2 level
