What you will do

  • Administer GTM compensation plans in CaptivateIQ ensuring accurate configuration and maintenance.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly payout processes including data validation and coordination with Finance and People teams.
  • Resolve compensation inquiries and escalations related to crediting, commissions, and policies.
  • Monitor performance against plans through audits and variance analyses.
  • Track and process GTM SPIFFs and incentive programs ensuring compliance and accurate spend allocation.
  • Develop and maintain standardized procedures for compensation administration and change management.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in Sales/GTM compensation or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage large data sets.
  • Experience managing compensation programs for SaaS businesses, especially for Enterprise B2B Account Executives and Managers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve disputes.
  • Location requirement: Remote work within the United States only.
