What you will do

• Build and foster relationships with partners to understand their needs and optimize product usage.
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting for complex requirements and product gaps.
• Act as a partner advocate in technical discussions with Product Management and Development.
• Collaborate on solution design, implementation of custom monitoring, automation, and reporting.
• Train and enable partners and internal teams on hirify.global products.
• Share market and competitive insights to keep partners ahead.

Requirements

• Proactive and curious mindset, ready to engage with partners.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role, especially within an MSP or selling to MSPs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to consult effectively in-person.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, scripting, automation, networking, and virtualization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong self-management.
• Willingness to travel up to 5-10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mac operating systems.
• Background in supporting Remote Monitoring and/or PSA solutions.
• A technical degree.
