What you will do

• Integrate and optimize FircoSoft and Bridger Insight screening solutions within enterprise systems.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based modules supporting AML and KYC operations.
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to refine screening rules and automation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure seamless operation.
• Work closely with engineering teams on deployment, scaling, and ongoing support of screening solutions.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with LexisNexis Bridger Insight and FircoSoft products.
• Strong Java / J2EE development background, with a focus on enterprise application integration.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AML/KYC screening tools into large-scale enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of AML, sanctions screening, and KYC compliance workflows.
• Proficiency in API development, message processing, and risk assessment logic.
• Strong SQL skills and database experience.
