What you will do

• Identify opportunities for new services, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies
• Develop business cases and support scaling of existing service products
• Collaborate with experts to translate insights into development requirements
• Build and nurture service partner programs for a growing network
• Support business development through market and competitive analysis
• Work with sales teams to execute service offerings and develop training content

Requirements

• Based in or able to work onsite in Lund, Sweden
• Minimum 2 years experience in product management or related fields
• Experience in service business, hygienic industry, or heat exchangers
• Strong commercial mindset and sales enablement experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically (20-30 days/year)
