What you will do

• Build and configure Windows Server operating systems (2016/2019/2022/2025) and Windows 10/11 workstations.
• Follow routine work procedures and installation methodologies strictly.
• Integrate software to support and monitor various hardware technologies.
• Report on activity progress and issues.
• Maintain documentation and keep updated on new hardware/software developments.
• May include installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux servers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience or 3 years with High School/GED.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to follow procedures, multitask, and meet deadlines under tight timeframes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Experience with Dell servers and iDRACs.
• Linux knowledge and experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, NERC CIP Security, FootPrints, ServiceNow, JIRA, and automation tools (BigFix, Puppet).
