What you will do

• Create detailed project plans with milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project governance and ensure IT applications align with business processes and IT operations.
• Deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and budget while managing risks and quality control.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet stakeholder expectations and project deliverables.
• Refine and improve the Global Project Delivery Framework within IT PMO.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Information Security to address IT risks and compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Nootdorp, Netherlands with hybrid work format
• BSc degree in relevant discipline and preferably Prince2 or PMP certification.
• 7+ years of experience in international project-based companies or top-tier IT consultancies.
• Strong project management, leadership, and change management skills.
• Ability to understand high-level software and systems and take ownership.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
