What you will do

• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screenings, video interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, collaborating with hiring managers on selection.
• Maintain effective communication and build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate records in ATS and prepare recruitment reports to track KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with a focus on hiring Software Engineers and AI Engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing, and assessment methods.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
