• Lead the Agentic AI Lab to explore and implement cutting-edge AI technologies for millions of UK customers.
• Design and deploy advanced AI systems, tools, and interfaces using multi-agent frameworks within a complex financial environment.
• Champion innovation and engineering excellence through Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and grow high-performing engineering teams fostering a culture of trust, simplicity, and customer focus.
• Collaborate across multiple brands and platforms to deliver scalable investment solutions.
• Align technical delivery with long-term business goals ensuring resilience and performance.

Requirements

• Must have engineering leadership experience in UK Financial Services, specifically Pensions and Investments.
• Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions addressing latency, security, and methodology challenges.
• Experience leading cloud-based projects on Google Cloud Platform; GCP certifications highly desirable.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate long-term business needs.
• English proficiency at least B2 level; job posting in English.
