What you will do
- Partner with the MD of LATAM to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Manage Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Planning processes, addressing local challenges.
- Build business plans to support key initiatives and investment cases aligned with company strategy.
- Drive Segmentation and coverage models within your scope to enhance hirify.global's growth efficiency.
- Perform advanced analyses, often under tight deadlines, to drive recommendations and support revenue growth.
- Develop detailed presentations to convey information to senior-level staff across multiple functions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, Data Analytics, Consulting, or Financial planning.
- Strong presentation skills and Business Acumen.
- Demonstrated track record of cross-functional work and business partnering.
- Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Skills/Expertise essential.
- Must be based in Sao Paulo.
