TL;DR

Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy (SaaS): Supporting the design, deployment, and management of programs to enhance productivity and performance across the global Direct Sales organization with an accent on analyzing data, building dashboards, and delivering insights. Focus on evaluating program health, pipeline performance, and seller productivity to inform high-impact initiatives.

Location: Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil (flexible)

What you will do

  • Support the development, rollout, and ongoing management of core Direct Sales strategy programs.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to evaluate program health, pipeline performance, and business trends.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership and field consumption.
  • Provide insights and summaries for leadership readouts and program performance updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Revenue Intelligence, Finance, and Enablement teams.
  • Help structure workflows, process documentation, and operational improvements across the Direct Sales strategy portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or FP&A, preferably in SaaS or with a major consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to translate data into insights and present them clearly for business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Effective communication with experience building slides, reports, and internal presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting sales or GTM teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and ambiguous business problems.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and expand into higher-level strategy responsibilities.
