What you will do

• Lead global security initiatives across AppSec, IT, Compliance, Incident Management, and Financial Security teams.
• Spearhead AI governance framework and AI for security projects to enhance threat detection and automation.
• Manage evolution and optimization of Security Operations Center and Data Loss Prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to integrate security as an enabler.
• Deploy Identity and Access Management and governance tools across departments.
• Drive change management and foster security culture and engagement.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years in project/program management with 3+ years in information security, IT governance, or risk management.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or scale-up environments preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC2, DORA, and GDPR frameworks.
• Proficient with project management tools like Jira, Notion, or Asana.
• Understanding of SOC operations, DLP, IAM, and development cycles in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in French and English required.
