What you will do

• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, developing creative and effective approaches.
• Conduct initial screenings and in-depth video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria, providing recommendations for candidate selection.
• Maintain effective communication and build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage accurate candidate records in the ATS and prepare regular recruitment reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, focused on hiring Software Engineers and AI Engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
