What you will do

• Foster a strong platform-as-a-product culture for platform product domains.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal product teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Manager and Tech Lead to clarify the What and Why through roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, strategy, vision, and mission.
• Facilitate co-creation and evolution of team artifacts to enable effective delivery.
• Report to the Global Head of Product for Developer’s Experience.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Łódź, Poland
• Background in product management or engineering with eagerness to learn the complementary discipline.
• Strong skills or willingness to learn product team artifacts such as roadmaps, OKRs, and metrics.
• Excellent people skills to manage smooth operations and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to work efficiently in a globally distributed setup using video calls, Slack, and face-to-face communication.
• High structure and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with product operating models and organizational health.
