What you will do

• Manage, maintain, and upgrade internal network, servers, databases, version control, websites, and email systems.
• Build, maintain, and upgrade workstations studio-wide.
• Co-own and improve the new-hire setup process with HR.
• Manage and maintain development hardware, coordinating with manufacturers for replacements or new acquisitions.
• Manage and maintain internal software license servers, databases, and installations.
• Develop and maintain security policies for hardware, software, game source code, operating systems, and studio premises.
• Evaluate the efficiency of IT systems, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, IS, Service Desk, or Help Desk roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of network systems and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with ticket handling systems.
• Experience managing version control systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, TortoiseSVN.
• Experience working in game studios or other technology companies.
