What you will do

  • Lead and grow a multidisciplinary creative organization across marketing artists, editors, designers, and producers.
  • Work closely with game teams and marketing leadership to define creative storytelling across platforms.
  • Partner with production to build workflows that support creativity and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, UA, community, partnerships, and brand teams globally.
  • Expand the studio’s impact through exceptional external partners and agencies.
  • Build and nurture a culture of trust, curiosity, and creative excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be based onsite in Helsinki or London.
  • Proven creative leadership with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of mobile games, digital culture, and player communities.
  • Collaborative and insight-driven approach working with creative and marketing teams.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
