What you will do

• Localize ad creatives in 35+ languages ensuring brand consistency and visual accuracy.
• Resize and adjust creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display.
• Maintain high quality standards with thorough quality assurance of all deliverables.
• Collaborate with lead designers and creative producers to ensure smooth workflow and messaging alignment.
• Manage multiple localization and resizing tasks within deadlines.
• Stay updated with advertising trends and adopt AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• Must be located within ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and motion fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Highly detail-oriented, especially with text and layout-sensitive tasks.
• Motivated to grow in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
