What you will do
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact, leading meetings and managing expectations throughout the AI project delivery lifecycle.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and artifacts to ensure successful project delivery within scope and on schedule.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, adapting to change and resolving uncertainties.
- Monitor project budgets, track resource utilization, and ensure engagements align with financial targets.
- Contribute to scoping new projects and developing proposals and Statements of Work.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and support customer success strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role overseeing technical project delivery (e.g., management consultant, technical consultant, or technical project manager).
- 2+ years experience as a lead project manager in a technology or consulting environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with an influential presence in front of customers.
- Technical aptitude to understand complexities of AI use cases and communicate with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- B.S. degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable degree/experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20% based on customer needs.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working on AI or machine learning projects.
- Industry knowledge of standard and emerging AI technologies (predictive and generative AI).
- Consultative skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience.
