Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
• English: Proficient (B2) required
• 5+ years experience designing and engineering large scale systems
• Strong technical background with pragmatic technology choices
• Experience with DevOps culture and continuous deployment
• Ability to work well cross-functionally and mentor others

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations and Generative AI applications
• Knowledge of intelligent document processing and NLP techniques
• Familiarity with vector databases and search platforms
• Exposure to agentic workflows or orchestration frameworks for AI reasoning
