What you will do

• Build and ship backend-leaning fullstack features, including APIs, services, integrations, and some frontend.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to understand context and shape early solutions.
• Contribute to technical discovery, architecture thinking, and implementation planning.
• Design with scale, reliability, and enterprise readiness in mind, considering security, compliance, and flexibility.
• Own your work from idea to production and care about its impact once live.
• Help improve developer experience, tooling, and internal standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience building modern web applications, especially backend systems.
• Comfortable with Python and TypeScript, or excited to learn quickly.
• Ability to solve real user problems and collaborate effectively with PMs and designers.
• Knowledge of what it means to build for enterprise scale.
• Pragmatic approach, able to balance quick shipping with thoughtful engineering.
• Clear communication skills and enjoyment of working with friendly, ambitious people.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial platforms, HR tech, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience building reliable workflows with tools like Temporal.
