What you will do
- Manage incidents according to Service Delivery ITIL Standards in coordination with other teams.
- Monitor environments and KPIs.
- Identify recurring issues and define action plans to reduce them.
- Develop expertise of the application landscape and interfaces.
- Define new practices and write procedures ensuring collective ownership.
Requirements
- MSc or BSc degree.
- Good understanding of SQL and Linux.
- Knowledge or experience in the financial services industry.
- Fluent English required.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have
- Good understanding of ITIL norms and practices.
- Experience with Unix and its standard commands.
