What you will do

• Analyze security threats related to AI/ML on edge systems and propose countermeasures.
• Incorporate regulatory and certification security requirements into system designs.
• Evaluate cost-benefit of security measures and communicate architecture to diverse stakeholders.
• Implement effective security on resource-constrained embedded devices.
• Stay updated on security developments in AI/ML edge ecosystems.
• Lead and manage the community of product cybersecurity experts within the company.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Gratkorn, Bucharest, Eindhoven, or Leuven
• Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics preferred.
• 5+ years experience in secure system design, especially embedded systems or AI/ML edge solutions.
• Good understanding of embedded software design and fundamental security concepts.
• Strong communication skills to explain architecture to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and Software Composition Analysis (SCA).
• Passion for scaling secure development practices and exploring AI/ML innovations in security.
