What you will do

• Maintain and improve ISMS and QMS with dynamic, integrated frameworks
• Coordinate internal and external audits using automated evidence collection
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate gaps into actions
• Streamline vendor risk management with security documentation analysis
• Collaborate to embed Security-by-Design principles into workflows
• Contribute to incident response readiness and update playbooks

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from Vienna, Austria
• English: C1 level required
• 2–4 years experience in Information Security, IT Risk, or Compliance
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR, and interest in NIS2
• Tech-first mindset with experience in GRC platforms and AI tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
