What you will do

• Contribute end-to-end to product development from ideation to deployment and feedback
• Build intuitive and performant web interfaces for business owners in Africa
• Implement IT security and data protection best practices in a regulated environment
• Identify and automate internal non-tech processes to improve efficiency
• Communicate features internally and externally, collecting feedback and explaining launches

Requirements

• Based in London or Paris
• Product mindset with focus on customer and business impact
• Experience in VC-backed or high-growth engineering teams
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend web development best practices
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with rapid growth and ambiguity

Nice to have

• French speaking
• Experience in fintech, payments, or emerging markets
