What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for deal structure, pricing, and special terms during complex negotiations.
- Manage and monitor quote queue for deals requiring review.
- Review deal structures to ensure compliance with company policy.
- Lead weekly Deal Review calls and prepare necessary materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize deal management processes globally.
- Maintain Deal Desk reporting, metrics, and booking accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
- 3+ years experience in Revenue Operations with focus on Deal Desk Support at a SaaS company.
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
- Proven ability to work directly with Sales Leadership.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
