Location: Onsite within 30-minute commute of Watford, United Kingdom. Must be able to obtain DV Security Clearance and have lived in the UK for 10+ years.

What you will do

• Manage, grow, and maintain ILS activities within a large complex managed service.
• Design, develop, and deliver ILS interventions using latest strategies aligned with MoD Framework.
• Lead and develop strategy, policy, and documentation for ILS activities.
• Provide collaborative leadership to maintain operational service lifecycle using ITIL service operations model.
• Champion cost reduction initiatives within area of responsibility.
• Support and mentor platform team to ensure effective and inclusive 'One Team' approach.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain DV Security Clearance and have lived in the UK for 10+ years.
• ITIL V4 Foundation accreditation or working towards it.
• Strong skills in service delivery, issue resolution, stakeholder management, quality assurance, and decision making.
• Technical competence across a wide range of technologies relevant to ILS.
• Experience managing complex ILS activities and strategies.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week with 1 in 2 call out obligation.

Nice to have

• ILS accreditations/courses in obsolescence management, reliability, availability and maintainability, supportability engineering, NSN training.
