What you will do
- Lead and develop squads (~35 engineers) fostering engineering culture and continuous learning.
- Own and execute multi-cloud delivery strategy across Azure, AWS, and GCP ensuring platform scalability and resilience.
- Drive operational transformation and innovation to improve delivery efficiency and ensure 24x7 IT delivery.
- Advance DevOps and Simplify at Scale maturity embedding continuous improvement practices.
- Manage stakeholders, risks, budgets, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Standardize service onboarding and promote Managed Standardized Services adoption.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Netherlands with legal right to work; no relocation offered
- Academic working and thinking level with proficiency in Dutch and English at business level.
- At least 5 years experience in similar roles within complex IT environments.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud engineering, security, performance, and platform reliability.
- Strong influencing skills with broad stakeholder management and people development focus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical and innovative thinking within defined standards and policies.
