What you will do

• Architect design systems, principles, and foundations for scalable, consistent product experience.
• Engage deeply with marketers and creative teams to build continuous customer feedback loops.
• Create and maintain pattern libraries, UX frameworks, and AI-based design aids.
• Lead design thinking to influence product strategy and problem framing.
• Ensure product ecosystem coherence and intuitive interactions across features.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Revenue teams to deliver customer value.

Requirements
