What you will do

• Deliver multiple complex product-led change initiatives across business sites and development teams.
• Assemble and lead effective project teams ensuring deadlines and scope adherence.
• Coordinate project resources and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Report project status to sponsors, stakeholders, and committees.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal business and IT stakeholders.
• Support wider product team tasks as agreed with the Programme Manager.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with minimum 50% office presence in London
• Project management experience with knowledge of Agile, SDLC, SAFe methodologies.
• PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner or equivalent certification (e.g., PMP).
• Experience in financially regulated environments or financial services industry knowledge is desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand technical and business topics quickly and lead project teams effectively.
