What you will do
- Proactively prospect and execute deals to grow the South Europe market
- Manage existing client base to ensure satisfaction and renewals
- Develop business plans, deliver sales targets, and maintain sales pipeline via CRM
- Coordinate RFIs/RFPs and update sales materials for pitches and presentations
- Negotiate new client deals and upsells
- Collaborate internally with product teams and external partners
- Represent hirify.global at events and support marketing, PR, and communications
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in institutional financial technology sales or fintech startups
- Strong interest in commercial engagement and technology development in fast markets
- Interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or financial market digitization
- Fluent in English and Italian and/or Spanish
- Willingness to travel across Europe
