Location: 100% Remote within Europe or Central European Timezone (CET)

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams to increase lead generation and customer retention
• Improve and optimize the GTM stack for data-driven marketing workflows and automated outreach
• Drive optimization of the entire buying journey and customer lifecycle through impactful development projects
• Conduct data analysis to uncover actionable business insights and align with product objectives
• Provide senior-level technical implementation and own projects from conceptualization to launch
• Implement full test automation and maintain high code quality standards

Requirements

• Must be located within Europe or CET timezone
• 5+ years of software development experience with C# and .NET/Core
• Strong skills in SQL, Azure Cloud, CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), and user analytics tools (Amplitude preferred)
• Experience with test automation, TDD, and integrating third-party APIs
• Ability to build effective relationships with non-engineering stakeholders
