• Build and maintain scalable, automated, intelligence-driven security platforms.
• Lead Security Operations and Identity & Access Management teams to improve detection, response, and risk reduction.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with presence in Milton Keynes, UK
• Proven leadership experience in technical security teams, especially SecOps and Identity.
• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in SIEM, SOAR, XDR, cloud security, or incident response.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and MDR/XDR platforms.
• Ability to coach and grow engineering talent.
• Highly collaborative and able to translate complex security challenges into actionable outcomes.
