What you will do

• Collaborate in a squad of engineers focusing on core product pillars like onboarding, chat, and member care.
• Build experiments, features, and fix issues aligned with squad goals.
• Support and share knowledge with engineers across the team on fullstack development.
• Coordinate with business peers to ensure comprehensive user experience including back office tooling and security features.
• Monitor and improve current systems to address technical debt.

Requirements

• Extensive backend development experience with TypeScript and AWS technologies.
• Experience with scalable distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, message queues, and serverless functions.
• Familiarity with React Native mobile app development and debugging.
• Comfortable with cloud provider services and consoles, especially AWS.
• Strong collaboration skills and focus on delivering value beyond just shipping code.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

• Experience with GraphQL and DynamoDB in production.
• Product and design collaboration experience.
• Effective remote work communication and distributed team collaboration.
