Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Poland with minimum 3 days a week in office

Salary: 1100 - 1300 PLN/day on B2B contract

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture for retail and mobile payment services in Sweden, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient technical solutions
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and ART teams to maintain architectural consistency
• Provide architectural governance, design reviews, and integration oversight
• Mentor junior architects and support their development
• Drive continuous innovation and resilience in payment and invoicing solutions

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Poland with minimum 3 days in office
• English: Work-level proficiency enabling documentation and conferences
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in solution architecture
• Experience with API design, microservices, Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Experience in banking, payments, and mobile banking domains preferred
• Experience working in agile methodology (SAFe)

Nice to have

• Experience in banking services, data analysis, e-commerce
• Knowledge of identity and access management, security, GDPR, PSD2 compliance
• .NET architecture and BI solution architecture experience
