TL;DR

Sales/Relationship Manager (Fintech): Actively engaging with prospective and existing clients to promote investment products and services with an accent on personalized support and consultative sales. Location: Work in the modern office in the center of Limassol, Cyprus. VISA sponsorship for employee and family members is available for working in Limassol.

Salary: Competitive salary and KPI-based bonuses.

What you will do

  • Actively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote investment products and services.
  • Provide personalized support to clients regarding trading, account management, and platform usage.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to implement sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and new company offerings.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally within investment firms or brokerage companies, in a Sales/Relationship Manager role.
  • A strong understanding of stock markets, trading instruments, and investment principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, target-driven environment with clear KPIs.
  • A client-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Well-established network in Europe, with contacts from conferences, business clubs, and professional events.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CySEC, CFA, or similar).
