What you will do

  • Own and nurture a portfolio of merchants, acting as the primary contact and building strategic relationships.
  • Support client onboarding and drive product adoption through performance analysis.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify product improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Monitor customer health, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports and use data to optimize client outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, risk, finance, and support teams to ensure cohesive client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven customer-facing experience, preferably in fintech or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Russian; Russian native speaker required.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

  • Fluent or near-native English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
