What you will do
- Own and nurture a portfolio of merchants, acting as the primary contact and building strategic relationships.
- Support client onboarding and drive product adoption through performance analysis.
- Gather customer feedback to identify product improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
- Monitor customer health, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports and use data to optimize client outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, risk, finance, and support teams to ensure cohesive client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven customer-facing experience, preferably in fintech or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian; Russian native speaker required.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.
Nice to have
- Fluent or near-native English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
