What you will do

• Assess the current Microsoft 365 tenant, usage patterns, and maturity level.
• Define and implement governance frameworks across the M365 platform.
• Enhance scalability, security, and operational consistency of M365 solutions.
• Design adoption and change management strategies aligned with governance models.
• Assist business and IT stakeholders in adopting new ways of working.
• Deliver advanced training, enablement, and awareness sessions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Microsoft 365 tenant administration and governance.
• Demonstrable experience in M365 adoption and change management initiatives.
• Deep understanding of user adoption, enablement, and digital workplace concepts.
• Experience supporting digital transformation programs based on M365.
• Highly autonomous at a senior level, with an advisory and pragmatic mindset.
• Comfortable working as a freelancer or independent consultant.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
