What you will do

• Lead and manage software development portfolio, addressing technical debt and motivating teams.
• Plan, budget, and deliver projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, DevOps, and QA engineers.
• Implement best practices in software development and Agile methodologies with focus on data management.
• Mentor team members and manage external providers.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Letterkenny, Ireland with hybrid work arrangement.
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years managing teams.
• Strong technical background in software engineering and Agile.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with risk management, DevOps, cloud technologies, and project management tools.
