What you will do

• Contribute to the data engineering roadmap and collaborate on data architecture plans.
• Develop and implement robust, scalable data solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Build, maintain, and improve data pipelines and self-service tooling.
• Develop automated tests and monitoring for data quality and pipeline reliability.
• Implement best practices in data governance, documentation, and observability.
• Support the adoption of tools and best practices, and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in a Data Engineering role.
• Excellent production-grade Python skills.
• Previous experience with real-time data streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Experience handling and validating real-time data and stream processing frameworks.
• Comfortable with database technologies such as Snowflake/PostgreSQL and NoSQL (Elasticsearch/MongoDB/Redis).
• Proficient with ELT pipelines and the full data lifecycle.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker and Terraform.
• Experience with EKS/Kubernetes.
• Experience developing APIs.
