What you will do

• Configure Marketing Cloud Engagement & Next, including automations, journeys, flows, and orchestration logic.
• Develop AMPScript for dynamic personalization and SSJS for advanced logic and data manipulation.
• Utilize SQL for database queries and implement integrations via API / REST / SOAP.
• Design and optimize Data Extensions, SF 360 Data Model objects, and relationships.
• Configure dynamic content and personalization rules, and develop HTML/CSS for emails and templates.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous optimization and QA.
• Collaborate with functional and data teams to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPScript, SSJS, and business logic in MC.
• Experience with Flows, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Solid knowledge of DE model and architecture best practices.
• Ability to consume APIs and work on integrations with other systems.
• Fundamentals of HTML/CSS for email development.
• Experience in technical QA, validations, and debugging.
• Cross-functional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and connectors.
• Work experience under agile methodologies.
• Advanced English level.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist, or Admin.
• Additional experience in Sales/Service Cloud or Data Cloud.
• Exposure to servers, Node.js, Postman, Git, or other support tools.
• Background in consulting firms or multi-client implementation projects.
