What you will do

• Build and operate highly available, secure, and scalable services supporting hirify.global’s private cloud developer platform.
• Design developer-facing tools and APIs to simplify workflows across the development lifecycle, from coding and review to deployment and monitoring.
• Support the continuous deployment infrastructure and ensure smooth, automated delivery of applications and services.
• Enable agentic workflows within continuous deployment pipelines to automate failure analysis and debugging, orchestrate progressive rollouts, and deliver intelligent self-service capabilities.
• Foster a strong engineering culture by improving visibility, automation, and reliability through metrics, logs, and other observability best practices.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years developing complex systems using languages like C#, Python, Java, Scala.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud/hybrid deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in troubleshooting using observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana or Elastic Search/Kibana.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Skilled in front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) and web technologies.
• Experience with Scala, Python, Concourse-CI, RunDeck, Jenkins, Chef.
