What you will do

• Manage thousands of corporate endpoints including PCs, Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Apple TVs.
• Implement, operate, and maintain software and configuration deployments.
• Lead projects to enhance client endpoints and related systems.
• Apply scripting and automation to improve endpoint management processes.
• Provide training and technical guidance to engineering and support teams.
• Monitor infrastructure health and support endpoint management during business hours and on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint management and provisioning.
• Experience managing enterprise Mac and PC environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, GPO administration, and security systems.
• Understanding of Mobile Device Management and Unified Endpoint Management frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Jamf Pro, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Zsh).
• Certifications such as ACSP, Jamf 300, MD-102.
• Knowledge of VDI technologies, PowerBI, database languages, and ITIL framework.
• Passion for video games.
