What you will do

• Collaborate with architects and consultants to deliver solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop custom UI and configure functionalities according to user stories and specifications.
• Participate in all project phases from planning through to deployment and support.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to document requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support defect resolution during QA and UAT.
• Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and patching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in Singapore.
• Solid understanding of Java, OOP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and automation tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to meet project timelines and work within an agile sprint-based environment.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer, etc.).
• Familiarity with Apex, LWC, or OmniScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, release management, and integrations.
• Prior experience or familiarity with public sector processes.
