What you will do
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building programs.
- Manage employee relations matters ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Partner with COEs to deliver HR programs effectively.
- Provide HR insights and data to leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York City with hybrid work model (3 days in-office per week)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
