Salary: Up to $185,000 USD plus superannuation (fixed term 10-12 months contract)

What you will do

• Lead the Asia Pacific International Product Transformation (AP-IPT) Programme and overall transformation agenda aligned with the 3-year strategy.
• Manage governance, reporting, and risk mitigation for transformation initiatives and strategic projects across the APAC region.
• Oversee the Oceania PMO office, ensuring accountability and execution culture in project delivery.
• Develop and apply Go-to-market and commercialisation frameworks for new product launches and partner onboarding.
• Lead change management activities using structured methodologies to support adoption and communication efforts.
• Establish optimisation frameworks to prioritise and execute key initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brisbane, Australia or able to work hybrid from this location
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes and change management.
• Strong knowledge of project management best practices and change management methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, influencing, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
