What you will do
- Lead the Asia Pacific International Product Transformation (AP-IPT) Programme and overall transformation agenda aligned with the 3-year strategy.
- Manage governance, reporting, and risk mitigation for transformation initiatives and strategic projects across the APAC region.
- Oversee the Oceania PMO office, ensuring accountability and execution culture in project delivery.
- Develop and apply Go-to-market and commercialisation frameworks for new product launches and partner onboarding.
- Lead change management activities using structured methodologies to support adoption and communication efforts.
- Establish optimisation frameworks to prioritise and execute key initiatives across the organisation.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Brisbane, Australia or able to work hybrid from this location
- Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes and change management.
- Strong knowledge of project management best practices and change management methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, influencing, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
