What you will do
- Own full-funnel CRO cycles: research, hypothesis, mockups, A/B test execution, and rollout.
- Analyze subscription funnels with low-cost trials to identify friction points.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis for D2C and SMB SaaS products.
- Design creative UI/UX variations to improve trial starts and conversions.
- Collaborate with engineering for pixel-perfect implementation and rapid testing.
- Use statistical rigor to validate tests and scale winning variants.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years CRO experience with subscription-based SaaS funnels.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience optimizing low-cost trial flows and proven conversion lift record.
- Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to produce high-quality mockups.
- Proficiency in GA4, Mixpanel, GrowthBook, or similar analytics tools.
- Located within ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
- Strong project management skills.
